What is included in the Conference Fee?
The conference fee includes:
- Attendance of main event workshops, process groups
- Gatherings as well as complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.
- Lunch September 19-21.
Dinner is available for delegates in the hotel and in the city of Veracruz. This is not included in your conference fee. There is an optional ticket item available on the registration form to attend the Gala Dinner on the Saturday night of the conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are a scholarship recipient and cancel, normal cancellation policies apply.
- Cancellations on or before May 31st, 2024, will be fully refunded, minus an administration fee of $30 usd dollars
- Cancellations between June 1 – August 31, 2024 will be refunded at 50%
- Cancellations from and including September 1, 2024 will not be refunded
- In the case of global shutdown, all registrants will be fully refunded
